But is FOMO real? Absolutely! It’s more than just a buzzword; it’s a genuine emotional response. Social media constantly showcases highlight reels of people’s lives, which can make you feel like everyone is having fun except you. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, inadequacy, and even sadness.



Here are a few reasons why FOMO is so prevalent today:
