leadership coaching

   The 8-week leadership coaching program is designed for leaders who want to improve their skills and become more effective leaders. The program covers essential leadership skills, such as communication, team management, conflict resolution, time management, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and personal development. 

   Each week, leaders will learn new skills, receive feedback on their progress, and develop an action plan to apply what they've learned in their organization.

   During the one-on-one coaching sessions, leaders will receive personalized feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals. 

   By the end of the 8-week program, leaders will have improved their skills and become more effective in their roles. They will have a clearer understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, developed new leadership skills, and created an action plan to apply what they've learned in their organization. The program provides an excellent opportunity for leaders to develop their skills and become more effective in their roles.

   The program is provided in one-on-one coaching sessions on Zoom. One session/week first 6 weeks, 2 sessions/week the last 2 weeks.

Week 1: Assessing your leadership style

  • Self-assessment of your current leadership style

  • Discussion of various leadership styles and identifying areas for improvement

Week 2: Understanding your strengths and weaknesses

  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses as a leader

  • Create an action plan to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses

Week 3: Communication skills

  • Developing effective communication skills

  • Active listening techniques

  • Communicating with different personality types

Week 4: Managing and motivating teams

  • Understanding team dynamics

  • Creating a positive team culture

  • Motivating and inspiring team members

Week 5: Conflict resolution and time management(2 sessions/week)

  • Identifying sources of conflict

  • Strategies for resolving conflicts

  • Negotiation techniques

  • Prioritizing tasks

  • Effective delegation

  • Time management strategies

Week 6: Emotional intelligence and decision-making(2 sessions/week)

  • Understanding emotions and their impact on leadership

  • Developing emotional intelligence

  • Applying emotional intelligence in leadership situations

  • Effective decision-making techniques

  • Balancing intuition and data-driven decision making

  • Dealing with uncertainty and risk

Week 7: Personal development 

  • Setting personal and professional goals

  • Creating an action plan for personal development

  • Identifying obstacles and developing strategies for overcoming them

Week 8: Sustaining success

  • Reviewing progress made during the coaching program

  • Creating a plan to sustain success

  • Preparing for ongoing leadership development

Each week can include a mix of coaching sessions, readings, assessments, and exercises to help leaders improve their skills and reach their goals. The coaching program can be customized to meet the specific needs of individual leaders and organizations.
