the rising starts coaching program for challenged teenagers

    The 10-week life coaching program for teenagers is an unique program, designed to help participants develop the skills and mindset they need to succeed in all areas of their lives. The program covers self-development, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, goal setting, time management, communication skills, stress management, social relationships, happiness, and more. By completing the program, teenagers can expect to experience improved self-awareness, increased self-confidence, better time management, stronger relationships with others, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

    The program is provided on Zoom. One session/week first 8 weeks, 2 sessions/week the last 2 weeks.

The teenagers will work in groups of 12. 

Week 1: Introduction and Self-Awareness Hey there, teenagers and parents! We are excited to start this journey with you to help you achieve your goals and develop the skills you need to succeed. In our first week, we will focus on self-awareness. We want to help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. Through this, we can help you find areas for improvement and set realistic goals that will help you grow and succeed.

Week 2: Building Self-Confidence This week, we will work on building self-confidence. It's normal to feel insecure at times, but we want to help you gain the confidence to take on new challenges and achieve your goals. We will teach you techniques like positive self-talk and visualization to help you feel more confident. Remember, taking small steps out of your comfort zone can make a big difference in building self-confidence.

Week 3: Emotional Intelligence Emotional intelligence is essential for success in life. It helps you understand and manage your emotions and connect better with others. This week, we will teach you techniques to recognize and manage your emotions. We'll also help you develop empathy and social skills, which will help you build better relationships with others.

Week 4: Goal Setting Goals are essential for success. They give you direction and purpose. This week, we will teach you how to set SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. We will help you create a plan of action to achieve your goals, and we will be there to support and encourage you along the way.

Week 5: Time Management Time management is critical for success. It's essential to learn how to prioritize and manage your time effectively. This week, we will teach you techniques for managing your time, like prioritizing and scheduling. We will help you create a schedule that balances your academic, personal, and social life. This will help you achieve your goals while still having time for things you enjoy.

Week 6: Communication Skills Good communication skills are essential for building relationships with others. This week, we will teach you effective communication skills, like active listening and assertiveness. We'll also give you an opportunity to practice communicating with others, including family, friends, and teachers. We'll provide feedback and guidance to help you improve your communication skills.

Week 7: Stress Management Stress can affect our mental and physical health. Learning how to manage stress is essential. This week, we will teach you techniques for managing stress, like mindfulness and relaxation techniques. We'll also help you identify the causes of your stress and develop coping strategies that work for you.

Week 8: Building Positive Relationships Positive relationships are crucial for happiness and success. This week, we will focus on building positive relationships. We'll teach you techniques for building and maintaining positive relationships. We'll help you develop empathy and social skills, which will help you connect better with others.

Week 9: Money Management Managing money is an important life skill. This week, we will teach you the basics of money management, like budgeting and saving. We'll also encourage you to develop responsible spending habits. We'll provide guidance on managing your finances effectively, which will help you avoid financial stress and achieve your financial goals.

Week 10: Happiness and Well-Being Finally, we'll focus on happiness and well-being. It's important to prioritize your physical and mental health. This week, we'll teach you techniques for promoting happiness and well-being, like gratitude and positive thinking. We'll encourage you to prioritize your physical and mental health so that you can feel your best and achieve your goals.
