How difficult is it for you to ask for help?

Cornelia C. Grofu

We are all sometimes tempted to pretend that everything in our lives is perfect, even when it's not true. Many of us have grown up with the belief that asking for help is a weakness or vulnerability. As a result, we find ourselves facing problems without solutions and exhausted from our solitary efforts.

In reality, asking for help is a sign of courage and trust in others. By accepting the fact that we are not perfect and that we need the support of others, we give ourselves a chance to overcome difficulties more easily and to build authentic and strong relationships. Furthermore, we also give our loved ones the opportunity to show their unconditional love and support. Through sincerity and openness, we create a space where a deep connection can form, allowing us to both receive and offer mutual support in the battles of life.
